How to confirm your payment?

Direct Bank Transfer

If you’ve made payment via direct bank transfer, we require that you provide us with your (1) Order ID and (2) proof of bank transfer (e.g. bank transfer slip) through the following communications channels:

Your ordered goods will be dispatched after your payment has been verified.

PayPal or Available Credits

If you’ve made payment with your debit/credit card via PayPal or with available credits in your user account, you don’t have to send us any proof of payment since your order would have gone through an automatic verification and notification system. You will receive an email from us confirming your payment soon after you’ve made your payment.
